The size of a full STS installer is large enough that interim bug fixes and updates are likely to be distributed as patches. Patches are distributed as Zip files and must be extracted into the original installation location.
Download the patch file from the Starboard Tack Scoring download page. Patches are operating system independent and will work for all platforms -- Windows, Linux, etc.
Shut down STS if its currently running.
Extract the zip file into the same location that Starboard Tack Scoring is installed in. On Windows this is usually "C:\Program Files\Starboard Tack Scoring" but may be different if you changed the location during installation. Prior to extraction, be sure to enable options to overwrite existing files and to use folder names.
After extracting the Zip file, patch installation is complete and STS may be restarted.
