Create Regatta Wizard

This wizard allows an new regatta to be opened and is launched by selecting the "Create Regatta..." item from the File menu, pressing Ctrl+N, or clicking the create regatta icon. This wizard consists of four steps. Advance to the next step by pressing the "Next >>" button.
