This dialog allows an existing regatta to be opened and is launched by selecting the "Open Regatta..." item from the File menu, pressing Ctrl+O, or clicking the open regatta icon. This dialog shows the regattas created most recently first. Click on a row to select a regatta, then click the OK button to open the regatta.
