Download and install the J2SE Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 5.0 or later. The JRE is available for no charge from Sun Microsystems here.

Download and run the latest STS Windows installer.

At the end of the installation process you will be prompted to configure the database for STS. Select the "Hypersonic SQL" option and click OK.

You are now finished installing and setting up STS.

Select "STS" from the Starboard Tack Scoring group in the Start/Programs menu. This launches the Starboard Tack Scoring application.
